We are constantly extending our range and welcome our customers' suggestions. Each new design does, however, take some time.

Although they look alike, these two models are very different:

• Crystal is the material most often used on the market. It is very clear and rigid, but rather fragile on impact.
• “Shockproof” is an exclusive blend of several materials that makes boxes rigid, highly impact-resistant and perfectly clear. The box withstands crushing and falls of several metres… You need less padding and overpacking and avoid complaints from your customers. Better still, these premium boxes become a selling point.

Competing boxes on the market are fairly impact-resistant, but their clarity is poor and they warp easily. Our boxes have none of these drawbacks.

Any colour is possible. As this is a special production run, a minimum quantity applies. Feel free to contact us for a tailored quote.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 1 to 7 days. Small orders are sent by GLS; larger orders are delivered on a pallet by a haulier.

We pack our products with the greatest care, but carriers are not always as careful. If the parcel or pallet is visibly damaged on arrival, we advise you to refuse the goods, which makes it easier for us to claim against the carrier. Otherwise, write detailed reservations on the delivery note and call us.

In any case, defective products will be promptly replaced or refunded.

The boxes are packed in reinforced cartons. Orders of 3 cartons or more are usually delivered on a pallet.

Delivery is included in our prices for France. For other countries, it is either free or charged according to the delivery country, and always shown before you confirm your order.

Yes. For example, by ordering 4 cartons of CV8 and 4 cartons of CV10, you can get the “8 cartons” price. Contact us to take advantage of it.

Our prices exclude VAT. For delivery in France, French VAT is added. For delivery to another EU country, enter your EU VAT number when ordering: once it has been checked with the European VIES service, the order is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). Deliveries outside the European Union are invoiced without VAT.

On the website: card (secure payment by Crédit Mutuel – CIC), SEPA direct debit and payment at 30 days for account customers. We can also accept bank transfers on request. Our credit department may ask for payment in advance.

We need your billing address, your delivery address if different, the buyer's name, your phone numbers, your e-mail address, your EU VAT number and your bank details (IBAN + BIC) if you pay by transfer or direct debit.
